Brands Group LLC, doing business as PlugReact (“PlugReact,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard information when you visit plugreact.com (the “Site”) or use our advertising and media-buying services (the “Services”).
This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. By using the Site or the Services, you acknowledge the practices described here. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Service.
1. Updates to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time at our discretion. The current version is always posted on this page, and the revision date appears under the “Last Modified” heading above. If we make a material change, we will take reasonable steps to notify you — for example, by email or a notice on the Site — and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent. Material changes take effect 30 days after they are posted. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.

3. Information We Collect and Why
Depending on how you interact with us, we collect two broad categories of information.
Non-Personal Information
As you browse the Site, we gather aggregated, non-identifying technical details that your device shares automatically — such as browser and device type, operating system and version, language preference, referring pages, date and time stamps, and approximate country. On its own, this information does not identify you. We may share aggregated Non-Personal Information with third parties where relevant.
Personal Information
“Personal Information” is information that identifies you, or that could reasonably be used to identify you. We do not knowingly collect special categories of data such as health, biometric, genetic, racial or ethnic, political, religious, or sexual-orientation information. If we combine Personal Information with Non-Personal Information, we treat the combination as Personal Information for as long as it remains combined. The Personal Information we may process includes:
- Online identifiers & usage data. Your IP address and similar identifiers, together with information about how you interact with the Site (pages viewed, click activity, and timestamps). We use this to operate and secure the Site, prevent fraud and abuse, and resolve technical issues — for example, to confirm you are a real person. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the Site.
- Account information. When you register for the Services, we collect details such as your name, email address, and any supporting information needed to set up and manage your account. We use this to create and administer your account, deliver and authenticate the Services, provide support, and send you service-related and, where permitted, marketing communications. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
- Payment information. To pay for the Services you may provide your name, billing address, phone number, and payment details. We use third-party payment processors and do not store full payment-card numbers ourselves. We process this to bill you and enable the Services, and we may retain transaction records where the law requires it. Legal basis: performance of our contract and our legal obligations.
We may also process certain Personal Information to prevent fraud, abuse, and unlawful activity, to enforce our Terms, and to protect the security and integrity of our systems and legal interests, based on our legitimate interests.
Information We Receive From Meta (Facebook Login)
If you choose to sign in to or connect your account using Facebook Login, Meta’s permissions API shares with us only the information you authorize at the consent screen — typically your name, email address, profile picture, and your Facebook user ID (an app-scoped identifier). We request the minimum permissions necessary and use this information solely to create and authenticate your account, link it to your PlugReact profile, and provide the Services. We do not post to Facebook on your behalf without your permission. You can review or revoke our access at any time in your Facebook app settings. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you and, where applicable, your consent.
4. How We Collect Information
- Automatically — when you use the Site, your browser and device share technical and usage details (such as browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, and timestamps), and our advertising tools collect online identifiers, as described in Sections 3 and 6.
- Directly from you — when you register, contact us, make a payment, or otherwise choose to provide information.
- Through a permissions API — when you grant access through a third-party login such as Facebook Login, that provider shares the specific information you authorize, as described in Section 3.
- From third parties — such as our payment processors, analytics and advertising partners (including Meta), and other service providers who help us operate the Site and Services.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your Personal Information for money. We may share it in the limited situations below — and, for advertising measurement, with Meta as described in Section 6 — only to the extent necessary:
- Service providers. Vendors who perform functions on our behalf — such as payment processing, analytics, communications, error and crash monitoring, and customer support. They may access only the data needed for their task and are prohibited from using it for their own purposes.
- Legal and safety reasons. Where we believe in good faith that disclosure is needed to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a governmental request, or to enforce our agreements, investigate possible violations, or detect and prevent fraud, security, or technical issues.
- At your request. Where you ask us to share your information with a third party, whose own policies and practices then govern that data.
- Business transfers and affiliates. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case the recipient assumes the commitments in this Policy. We may also share information with our corporate affiliates to help provide, understand, and improve the Services.
When we share information with third parties, we ensure they may access only what is strictly necessary, are required to protect that data, and may use it only for the agreed purposes in line with applicable data-protection laws.
6. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising (Meta Pixel & Conversions API)
We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API (together, the “Meta tools”) provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. to understand how our advertising performs, to measure actions you take on the Site (such as viewing a page or clicking a “Get Started,” sign-up, or “Contact” button), and to deliver and optimize our ads. The Pixel runs in your browser; the Conversions API sends equivalent information from our server. The two are linked by a shared event identifier so the same action is not double-counted.
In connection with these tools we collect and share with Meta information such as your IP address, browser and device details, the pages and buttons you interact with, timestamps, and Meta’s advertising cookies and identifiers (for example, “_fbp” and “_fbc”) together with the click identifier (“fbclid”) from any ad you arrive through. If you choose to provide details such as an email address or phone number, those identifiers are hashed before transmission. We do not send Meta special-category data.
This information is shared with Meta, which processes it under its own Privacy Policy and Business Tools Terms. For visitors in the EEA and the UK, we and Meta act as joint controllers for the collection of this data and its transmission to Meta; Meta’s subsequent use of it is governed by its own terms. Our legal basis is your consent where required, and otherwise our legitimate interest in measuring and improving our advertising.
You can control this at any time: manage your Meta ad preferences, use your browser or device settings to block or delete cookies, or use industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance or Your Online Choices (EU). Blocking these cookies will not prevent you from using the Site.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to you, you may have some or all of the following rights:
- Be informed about our data collection and privacy practices (this Policy).
- Access the Personal Information we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete Personal Information.
- Delete certain Personal Information, subject to exceptions — for example, where we must retain it to meet a legal obligation, complete a transaction you requested, prevent fraud, or establish or defend legal claims.
- Data portability — receive your data in a portable, readily usable format where technically feasible.
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link, and of cookie-based and targeted advertising (including the Meta Pixel) using the controls in Section 6. We do not sell your Personal Information for money, but our use of advertising tools may qualify as “sharing” or a “sale” for targeted advertising under some U.S. state laws — Section 6 explains how to opt out.
- Appeal a decision we make about your request.
- Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@plugreact.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Authorized agents may submit a request on your behalf with proof of their authorization, and we may still ask you to verify your identity directly.
8. How to Request Deletion of Your Data
You can ask us to delete the Personal Information we hold about you at any time, free of charge. To make a request, email info@plugreact.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and tell us the email address — and, if applicable, the Facebook account or PlugReact username — associated with your data so that we can locate it. You may also write to us at the postal address in Section 14.
Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete or anonymize your Personal Information from our active systems, and instruct our service providers to do the same, within 30 days. We may retain limited information only where the law permits or requires it — for example, to complete a transaction you requested, to comply with tax, accounting, or other legal obligations, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to establish or defend legal claims — and we will delete that information once the reason for keeping it no longer applies. We will confirm by email once your request has been completed.
If you signed in or connected your account using Facebook Login, deleting your PlugReact account also removes the information we received from Meta through that connection. You can additionally revoke our access at any time from your Facebook app settings.
9. Cross-Border Data Transfers
We may process and store your information in countries other than the one where it was collected. When we transfer Personal Information across borders, we take the steps required by applicable law to ensure adequate safeguards — for example, contractual clauses approved by the relevant data-protection authorities. Where applicable, you may request a copy of the safeguards we have put in place.
10. Data Retention
Unless you instruct us otherwise, we retain the information we collect for as long as needed to provide the Services and to comply with our legal obligations. We believe in data minimization: we keep only what we genuinely need, and only for as long as it is required, after which we delete or anonymize it.
11. Security
We take care to implement and maintain technical, physical, and administrative measures designed to protect Personal Information, using industry-standard procedures and policies. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security or be responsible for the acts of those who gain unauthorized access to the Site. If you believe your privacy has not been handled properly, or you become aware of an attempt to access your data without authorization, please contact us at info@plugreact.com. Where required by law, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities of a security incident affecting your Personal Information.
12. Eligibility and Children’s Privacy
The Site and Services are not intended for children — meaning, under the age of 18 in the EEA and under the age of 13 in the United States — and we do not knowingly process children’s Personal Information. If we learn that a child has shared information with us, we will discard it promptly. Please contact us at info@plugreact.com if you believe a child has provided us with information.
13. Additional Notice for U.S. State Residents
Residents of certain U.S. states — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Virginia — may have additional rights under their state’s privacy laws, subject to certain limits. These can include the right to confirm whether we process your Personal Information and to access it; to receive a copy in a portable format; to delete or correct it; to obtain a list of the categories of third parties with whom we share it; and to opt out of any “sale” of Personal Information, targeted advertising, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
We do not sell Personal Information for monetary consideration, and we do not engage in profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. However, our use of advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel and Conversions API (see Section 6) may constitute “sharing” for targeted advertising — and, under some state laws, a “sale” — of certain identifiers and online activity. You can opt out using the controls described in Section 6 (for example, your Meta ad preferences, your browser’s cookie settings, or the Digital Advertising Alliance and Your Online Choices tools), or by emailing info@plugreact.com. To exercise your other rights, email info@plugreact.com. We will take steps to verify your request by matching the information you provide with our records, and we may request additional information where necessary. We will respond within the timeframe required by your state’s law and may extend it where permitted. If we decline to act, we will explain why and how you may appeal; if your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to your state’s Attorney General or applicable authority.
